My thoughts:

This is such a lovely story! This book will transport you back in time in a way that makes you step out of your world and into history in Donora. It's a wonderful combination of suspenseful romance, historical fiction, and a family story.

This is so much more than your typical HEA romance, as it follows Mary and Lukasz through their lives, their challenges, and their happiness. I love how well the story is woven between current times and history, and I can't wait for the next book!

Jed is my new favorite book boyfriend! While I've always loved the Whiskeys, Jed is such a warm and loving person,and I think he's one of my favorite people ever!

My thoughts:

Erin and Chris had a typical romance book relationship... they fell in love, got married, had twin babies, and everything was good. Except Erin had ambition in spades and wanted big things for her life, and Chris is happy to enjoy life and make ends meet. After a rough breakup and divorce they've both moved on with their lives, with Erin taking sole responsibility for their children.

Until she lands the golden ring, the biggest possible job. Her boss tells her that she'll be working nearly 24/7 and she needs to figure out what to do with her children. After much searching she decides to contact Chris and ask him to keep the girls for the summer. Chris is suitably shocked, as they haven't spoken in 8 years, but he agrees to keep the girls for the summer.

Since Erin has now gone from "single mom" to just "single," she has time to work to her heart's content, and even a little time left over to date and to go to the gym periodically. But her continued interaction with Chris is bringing up old memories, and she starts looking at him in a different way.

Erin has to again make the decision between money and man. Which will she choose, and will she be happy with herself in the long term?

My thoughts:

Willow and Cooper are starting to rebuild their lives after the horror of chasing a serial killer, and Cooper is beginning his return to sports writing.

However, he can't find the subject of his story, and Willow meets a family whose father is missing. The two try to help the family and soon find themselves embroiled in another mess.

Between trying to find a missing man, running from the mob and brushing against another killer, their lives become insane quickly.

This book is fast-paced and will keep you on your toes! It gets your blood flowing and is a fun read. It's a great addition to the series, and I can't wait for more!

My thoughts:

Andre and Vi's story is filled with innocent love that's tinged with despair, loss, and anger. I've been waiting for Violet's story for a long time, and the fact that she reconnected with Andre, her one love, made me smile!

Violet and Andre came together with passion for life and each other, which quickly developed into love. However, their lives were so different that Violet was determined that they couldn't make it work. So she ran. In the middle of the night. No forwarding address, nowhere for Andre to look for her. And she has moved on with her life, keeping parts of herself separate so that no one knew the real her.

When Lizza returns for a wedding and brings Andre as a date, their relationship is back in the forefront of both of their minds, and Violet feels that she has no choice but to run. But now she's put down roots and loves where she is, so she doesn't want to run.

Can they get past their old problems in order to contend with the new ones? Can they work through how different their lives are? 

This was such a fun read, and I absolutely loved hearing more about so many of the Bayside crew! I can't wait for more of their books.
