My thoughts:

 

Dare and Billie have been circling each other their whole lives. Best of friends for most of it, until Billie pushes everyone away after the death of the third Daredevil in their group. But Dare has never given up on her, keeping her safe (even when she didn't know it), and loved her from afar.

 

Dare manages to get her under her guard and remind her how good they were together, but a happily ever after clearly can't be that easy for these two daredevils!

 

I absolutely love this book and encourage everyone to read the whole series, you absolutely can't go wrong with Melissa Foster!

My thoughts:

 

This is such a great continuation to Amanda Steele's story! Amanda and her partner are working a case that at first glance shouldn't be too difficult, but as they investigate the twists and turns continue to shock them. First Amanda discovers that she know the victim's husband, then a suspect drops dead in front of them. Everyone is lying to them, and the suspense is intense.

Can they find the killer before more bodies continue to drop? Can Amanda get past her history with the suspects and arrest the person responsible?

This is a truly excellent story, with a layer of suspense that makes it hard to put down. While it can be read as a standalone, I recommend going back and reading the whole series if you haven't already!

My thoughts:

 

I love all of Melissa Foster's books, but she has knocked it out of the park with this one! Jax and Jordan met each other when she came to him for a wedding dress design, and neither have been able to get the other out of their heads since. When they meet again they decide to go forward with creating her dress, on a very tight schedule.

As they work together to make her dream into a reality, they continue to get closer and closer, dancing very near the line that they refuse to cross. Will they get their happily ever after? Or is this just a moment in time to remember?

This story had me torn in two, because I really want Jax and Jordan to get their HEA, but I don't want anyone else to be hurt in the process.

My thoughts:

 

Melissa Foster has done it again with this story!

Deidra is a workaholic who has closed herself off from any sort of a personal life, due to her childhood and early adult years. Jagger is seemingly the opposite, as a musician and hippie who lives in an RV and never settles in one spot for too long. However, as we know opposites can definitely attract.

The difference in this case is that at their core they are a lot alike. They both love their friends and families, but their passions in life take them different directions. But as they get to know each other, sparks fly and a wonderful romance ensues.

But can that be enough? Neither of them plans to stay on the island, and neither would fit into each other's lifestyle.

As always, I love seeing the wonderful stories of friends and family continue, making this a series that I will keep coming back to.
