Are you a pre-washer? I know people who complain that they feel they need to rinse their dishes before they put them in the dishwasher, and I just laugh at them. Because I pre-wash... with soap and a scrubby sponge! I like to know that when I unload my dishwasher the dishes are clean, each and every one of them.
So when I was offered the chance to review Cascade Platinum, I jumped at it. I'd love to have that extra 30 minutes or so everyday! I can think of lots to do besides pre-washing my dishes!
So here's my test... I pre-washed most of my load like normal, then picked up my spoon holder (with dried on nastiness from cooking dinner), and dropped it into the dishwasher.
Then I dropped this beauty into my soap dispenser...
And a couple of hours later (my dishwasher takes forever!),
It also works beautifully on glassware (not that we have much, as we have 3 kids and hubby and I are both clumsy when it comes to breaking glasses)
Look how shiny that is!
Cascade Platinum works so much better than my current dish soap, and lots better than anything I've used before!
Here's a neat chart to help you select the Cascade that's right for you.
Even Gail Simmons, Top Chef judge and editor of Food+Wine magazine, recommends Cascade Platinum. “The easiest recipes pop with unexpected, gourmet presentations. Drizzle bright sauces on sparkling white plates or layer desserts in crystal-clean glassware. Keep your presentation sparkling with Cascade Platinum, which keeps dishes perfect for anytime entertaining and impromptu guests."
You can find out more about Gail's partnership with Cascade on their Facebook page.
Even better, you can enter the Cascade "My Platinum" Instagram Contest, where you can upload photos based on each week's contest theme. Each week Cascade is giving away 2 Whirlpool dishwashers, and the grand prize winner will receive a Platinum kitchen makeover!

Want to try them for yourself? Look for them at your local retailer. All of the major stores that I shop in carry them, and they only run about $0.29 each! Under $0.30 to save me 30 minutes? I'm loving it!
