My thoughts:

Kelli's younger sister Lori is always upset with Kelli for stealing her boyfriends, even if Kelli doesn't encourage them and never dates them. So Kelli has a rule to never date anyone Lori has ever talked to.

Lori invites Bobby Gray Nelson to her family's party in order to have a date, and Bobby Gray and Kelli meet. There's an instant attraction, but Kelli calls security on Bobby Gray because he won't take no for an answer.

Bobby Gray finds a variety of sick animals and reasons to keep meeting Kelli, but will it be enough to make her fall for this rancher?

My biggest complaint with this book is that it's a novella. It's a good story, and I feel that it would have benefited from being fleshed out into a full length novel.
