As Paige begins to settle in, a stranger's odd behavior leads her to research western filming in the area - in particular, the movie, Shane. Will digging into Hollywood's movie connection with Jackson Hole simply lead to a freelance article for the Manhattan Post, or will it lead to a dangerous hidden secret?

My thoughts:
Paige has made a name for herself as a reporter focusing on Western towns, but every time that Paige goes somewhere she falls into a mystery. She has recently quit her job and moved to Wyoming to be close to Jake, her previously long distance boyfriend.

Paige soon discovers that a man is continuously trying to purchase Jake's property, and something is digging holes all over his property (and all over the area). Can Paige discover who or what is creating the holes before something happens to her or Jake?

I really enjoyed this book, and loved continuing Paige's story! I hope that by staying in one place she still has many mysteries in her future!

About the author

Deborah Garner is an accomplished travel writer with a passion for back roads and secret hideaways. Born and raised in California, she studied in France before returning to the U.S. to attend UCLA. After stints in graduate school and teaching, she attempted to clone herself for decades by founding and running a dance and performing arts center, designing and manufacturing clothing and accessories, and tackling both spreadsheets and display racks for corporate retail management. Her passions include photography, hiking and animal rescue. She speaks five languages, some substantially better than others. She now divides her time between California and Wyoming, dragging one human and two canines along whenever possible.
