My thoughts:
Matt and Mira have been circling each other for months, both of them interested. However, their lives are at drastically different points. Matt is on a steady climb at work and has a new book deal. Mira is a single mom who has finally found a home for herself and her son Hagen. They're miles away from each other, both literally and figuratively.
Matt takes a sabbatical from his life in academia in order to write his book and to spend time with family. He's also hoping to spend some time with Mira, knowing that his time on the Cape is limited.
Mira is very interested in Matt, but Hagen is her biggest priority. There is nothing and no one that will change that, so she is very skittish about putting their hearts on the line. The sparks between them is so strong that they truly don't have a choice in the matter.
Can they meet in the middle and make a family? Or will they fall apart, unable to be together?
