Safeway and Fiber One Yogurt Giveaway

I recently had a wonderful opportunity to try Fiber One Yogurt, which I'd never tried before. First off, I was impressed by the 50 calories per cup, which is a great way to keep your snack calories under control.

It also has 0 grams of fat along with 5 (yes, that's right, 5!) grams of fiber (20% of your daily value!) It's available in Strawberry, Peach, Vanilla and Key Lime. While I would've loved to try the Key Lime, my local Safeway doesn't carry that flavor and we chose the Strawberry.

Now I'm sorry to say that out of this 4-pack of yogurt I only managed to try one container (Bok Boy and Little Miss ate the rest of them. They like them better than the "kid" yogurt that's in the fridge!) The one I did manage to try was tasty and the texture was creamy with bits of strawberry inside. Overall I was very pleased with the yogurt and I love that they kids prefer it over the higher sugar, lower fiber alternatives!
